1. Inspection on Delivery

  • Customers are required to inspect all products at the time of delivery, before completing payment.
  • By completing payment, you confirm that the product has been received in good condition.

2. Returns & Refunds

  • Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Products: If a product is found to be defective, damaged, or not as described at the time of delivery, you may refuse it. We will arrange for a replacement or refund.
  • Reporting Issues: If an issue is discovered after delivery, you must report it within 48 hours of receipt by contacting us at [your email/WhatsApp]. Please provide your order number and photos/videos of the product.
  • Condition of Returns: To be eligible for return, products must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
  • No Change of Mind Returns: Returns are not accepted if you simply change your mind after accepting the product.

3. Warranty Coverage

  • Some products may include an agreed warranty, as specified on the product page or invoice.
  • Warranty covers manufacturing defects only, within the stated warranty period.
  • To make a claim, proof of purchase and a detailed description of the issue are required.
  • Products not covered under warranty are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange after delivery, unless defective upon receipt.

4. Refund & Replacement Process

  • If your return or warranty claim is approved, we will first attempt to replace the item.
  • If replacement is not possible, a refund will be issued to your original payment method.
  • Refunds may take 5–10 business days to process, depending on your payment provider.

5. Shipping Costs

  • If a product is defective or damaged and qualifies for return under this policy, LakazBox will cover the return shipping costs.
  • If a product is returned but does not meet the return conditions, shipping costs will be the customer’s responsibility.

6. Exceptions

  • The following items cannot be returned:
    • Clearance or sale items
    • Consumables (e.g., batteries, food items)
    • Personalized or custom-made products
